Shipping Policy

At Gizmoria, we want your order to reach you quickly and safely.

 

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information once it ships.

 

Shipping time: Standard shipping to addresses in the United States takes 5-12 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather or high-volume periods.

 

Shipping cost: Standard shipping is FREE on all orders within the United States.

 

Multiple packages: Some orders may ship in separate packages from different fulfillment centers. Each package will have its own tracking number.

 

Shipping address: Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 

Lost or delayed packages: If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, or tracking shows it as lost, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
